What was costing them jobs

What we saw
Strong builder, weak website. The homes in their gallery are the kind people drive across town to see, but the site opened with a grey banner and a contact form. On a phone it took long enough to load that most people would have left.
What we changed
We kept their name, their photos and their voice. We changed the order: the best work first, a big tap-to-call button, and a five-question quiz that asks about land, budget and timeline before anyone calls.
What it would do
Fewer “just curious” calls, more calls from people who own land and have a budget. Every quiz lead gets a text back in 60 seconds, day or night.
